Name: Adiran Actaeus
Pronounciation: ah - di - rahn ack- tay - us
Gender: male
Age: two years
Species: Grey Wolf
Rank: --
Mate: --
Cubs: --
Appearance: Adiran doesn't hold a bulky frame. He isn't well-built, not much like the majority of Grey wolves. His frame is more thinly built; gangly. He stands slightly above normal height, but because of how lightly he is built, this doesn't really make him intimidating. His body is definitely built for activities that require agility- not strength.
His fur is not particularly unique, somewhat common amongst Grey and Timber wolves. Greys that mingle with browns reside on his back. The fur there is devoide from a salt-and-pepper pattern, which is probably one of the few things different about him. His underbelly is of whites and creams, which morph into darker greys on his legs and side.
Personality: Adiran does not have a simple personality; he can not necessarily be called 'nice' or 'mean' rather, he can vary greatly in the manner he treats others. There is a defining trait about him, however- he is generally quiet. Or perhaps, antisocial is the word. He has an aversion to common interaction with wolves- and small talk is the worst.
In confrontation, he can range from quiet and almost submissive to making attempts at intimidation. He has a smartmouth on him and will use it when asked stupid, or demanding questions. Adiran, when in certain moods, can not stand a lot of stereotypes; that is, authorative figures, mindless happy playful figures, and more that he only realises when in a conversation with.
History: Adiran was the last result of a loveless litter- with a mother who on many occasions, planned to abandon her pups. SHe was young and foolish and there was so many more things she aspired to do with her life. The large litter of pups was too big for her to handle. She cared for them carelessly, kept them barely alive, but when they were weaned, she left them. By this time, the only of his siblings that Adiran knew was his brother Jaeux, who was a generally good natured, large first-born.
The other siblings had been handed off periodically to other mothers who adopted them as their own, but by the time Adiran and Jaeux were abandoned, it was apparently too late for them. So they were alone in a pack. Naturally they were cared for, but never really loved. So growing up in a pack that didn't love them, the pair reached emotional independence at an age that was sad- they were still pups. Yet they could never hide, whimpering, near their mother.. because their mother was gone.
The pair reached adolescence and began to grow apart slightly, but still retained more of a bond than with anyone in the pack. They were now, undersized but lanky adolescents.
And as innocence left them and it was no longer a crime to hurt them, there was a wolf that expressed his resent towards the young males. Achor, he was called, and had known their mother briefly. It wasn't a happy acquaintance however.. supposedly their mother had a reputation. He made it his business to bully the juveniles until, after beating Adiran half to death on two occasions, left the pack in search of something.
With this behind them, the two wolves grew. Nearing two years of age, they both made the decision to leave the pack. However, they both went their separate ways.
